WHAT IS ACUPRESSURE MAT

This consists of a thin mat covered with ABS plastic spikes. It is inspired by the ancient tradition of Indian healing that is believed to have been close for thousands of years. The thousands of spikes that have been placed on the carpet and the pillow are harmless to the skin and will provide your body with healing benefits.

The acupressure mat provides stimulation of the nerves which improves blood circulation.  It helps strengthen the immunity, promotes metabolism, gradually improves physical fitness, and improves sleep disorder.

HOW DOES IT WORK

HOW TO USE

Place the carpet on the floor with spikes up. It lies on the carpet. The mat will allow you to focus on curved areas, such as neck, lumbar and even feet. It is preferred to do it daily for 10 to 30 minutes at a time or as long as desired! For Beginners, it may be better to start for a shorter period of time and/or wear a shirt or place a thin cloth between the spikes and the skin
